Mobile app project description

An app, compatible IOS and Android (to begin with)
Includes chat functions (like WhatsApp) and payment functions (outsourced, for instance to Mangopay or Adyen)
5 main parts, with various features (geolocation, Facebook login,…)

What we need:
_ develop the app from a rather detailed description (we have a clear idea of all features, where they should be, how they should work)
_ help with infrastructure, database host, setting up reporting tools

You can't make a proposal to this project, but you can find other app developement projects.
