help with overseas app developer

Hey guys, I'm new here. I wanted to ask, I have a freelance individual in Indian who will create an app for me, for an idea I have. But my concern is, does anyone have a general NDA that I can give him so he doesn't take my idea away from me. Also will this NDA work for someone overseas. If NDA won't work please share how do I stop them from taking my idea away from me.
