Cocos2d and Unity : Which one is better?

Cocos2d and Unity , which one is better for developing mobile games in 3D

We didn't had any real experience Cocos2d, but unity is fantastic so far. Not only is it very mature but it has a huge community around it.
A small drawback is that it is not free except for very small commercial usages.

Not sure it helped, but those are our two cents to the topic.
