Yes, you are right. Especially the part about human resources.
In Poland, there is a very high demand for IT professionals as they are one of the best in the world!
That why being close to universities is an asset because you can "catch" the really talented ones in the early stages of their careers.
It definitely pays off!

Hello,

I can also see Lithuania as good location for starting a business, especially if you think of IT and Tech services. This country has highly educated IT profesionals. In this article you can see statistics which compares level of educated people among Baltic states: http://www.balticfez.com/baltic-area/ . Cheap labour price is another important factor for startups. As a success case example could be this company as those guys established heartquarter in Vilnius (Lithuania) : http://www.investlithuania.com/stories- ... e-insight/ . More detailed info about them could be found here: http://www.game-insight.com/en. They are known as global leaders in free-to-play games for smartphones, tablets and social networks. As such companies come, develope their businesses and succeed it is an good indicator for other companies too I think.

It’s important when you’re using sound asset sites to check the license agreement. Each website’s policy and usage guidelines may vary.
