Those are great tips on how to develop a successful app. I would also add designing an app for the right target group - if you don't think about who will use your app, you'll probably end up with a product which can be good but don't help you achieve your business goals. And the users may abandon it quickly as well.

I've finished web development University and I must admit that creating apps isn't an easy job, but of course, there are a lot of good networks that give you that pleasure of easy creating cool apps.
