Searching for App(and Web) Developers

I am writing to you on behalf of the REX Network, a growing online community with focus on video game coverage, giveaways and providing entertainment. Despite there being many platforms we have been working on, we are looking forward towards expanding our community and becoming better.
That said we are looking for highly motivated, energetic and team-working individuals who can develop applications for Android and iOS, as well as webpage developers !
We are well-aware that the focus of our endeavour are primarly focused towards younger people, but we will be glad to hear from people with more experience.
Depending on the project payment may vary and is negotiotable but we will be looking to be working with you with a bright future in mind.

I would like to share my experience with web developers. My first version of the site was awful, however I had to pay the services. I decided to search for another company. I saw a website made by and I decided that this what I need. Now I have to wait one more week to see the final result. I will share it with you in case somebody needs a web developer.
