Need help with this problem

Hi i am currently am working on an app and have come to a problem. The problem is with the geo fencing using cordova plugin. We have a custom voice alert which will not work. It seems the only notification that will work on the app is the beep that comes with the software. If we cut out the software's original notification it crashes the app. Is there a situation? The app is hybrid and i was told this was the only one which works

we also encountered this problem with the push notification plugin we used in cordova, since this feature is not supported we adjusted native code of the plugin to support the feature.
