Why the iPhone 6s is and isn’t waterproof

Apple somehow always manages to attract their customers with the boldest features. Seeing iPhone 5 which was water-resistant, many “daredevils” tried dunking their iPhones 6 in water to experiment the water-proof feature and turns out that iPhone6, though not mentioned in its specs by Apple, is of course water-proof. Why did Apple not mention this as a feature is a question still unanswered.

Apple always wishes to offer the most advanced to its customers and this feature is silently provided by apple in its new iphone 6s.
