Nice to see Kotlin on your list!
A month ago we have developed the first app entirely in Kotlin at Ready4S.
And our Android developers were really happy after finishing it!
They said, that Kotlin is a much easier language to write an app, than Java - as it is more flexible and not hard to switch to, if you have laready know Java.

True, Kotlin is interoperable with Java and has various advantages over it, as you can find in this blog: https://appinventiv.com/blog/kotlin-for ... onus-tips/.

Nice topic!
We will most probably see JavaScript being adopted a lot in 2018 mostly because React, React Native and Node.js.

I wonder why you haven't included PHP in your article. We will probably see PHP gaining more grown in 2018. What do you think?
