Hello guys,

I don't know if this is the right forum to ask this question. I'm sorry if I'm wrong.

I'm developing a mobile app to sell digital goods. I read a lot and I realized I should use Google Play or Apple App Store to accept payments if I will sell digital goods. I can't use another payment processor like Paypal, because it is against Google or Apple policies.

But today I downloaded the Amazon mobile app and I could buy an ebook using the Amazon payment processor, so I don't understand very well what happens. Is Amazon abusing Google and Apple's policies?

Hope somebody knows a little about processing payments on mobile apps.

Thank you
