Google tested and removed 7,00,000 Malicious apps from the Play Store, but still, the security concern is trending. Recently, a fake Google Maps app loaded with malware is founded to be downloaded from the play store – highlighting how important is it for the developers and users to consider the best methods to have a secure experience.

Open sourcing and free platforms come at a cost although it opens the gate for the fresh talent without any pricing barrier it also puts the platform under threat for unauthentic activities till caught. Google has been working on the security concerns and filtered fake google maps apps.
