It is a mobile app to ease out the cumbersome ITR filing process and to keep track of the refund status or any other tax related information on fingertips. The client came up with the concept to leverage business opportunity of cumbersome ITR filing process wherein taxpayers have to pay for a professional consultancy and reach them again and again to inquire about tax refund status. It has a lot many parameters and mathematical calculations in place to calculate tax liability of assesses which keep changing almost every year with amendments done by government authorities.

The app also allows a resident to validate the status of a Application/ Service Receipt issued against any Service by any eMitra kiosk across the Rajasthan (India) state.

ILR is a Singapore based publisher website where a wide range of educational books & magazines are available. As the main objective of business is selling magazines to its registered users in a periodic manner, this e-commerce platform has the feature to buy subscription plans for magazines on monthly/quarterly/yearly payment options. In addition to shipping books/magazines to subscribers it does allow them to download the ebooks on their local device based on subscription plan.

On the backend side it has the features to look for active or dormant subscribers and admin can reach out to dormant subscribers in pursuance of activating their membership/subscription plan.

It’s a project to help a shipping contractor in managing his fleet. It has an admin interface and user based app for its drivers, the drivers clock-in the app when they pick the order for delivery it helps them to see all orders in the app they are supposed to deliver and even the route map set by admin. Admin can track the drivers current location on the map.

The most important feature of the app is capturing real time location of the truck drivers even when they are not in internet connectivity. It captures the location based on sim network, if their sim network is also not working it shows their last location and resume current location as and when they come under sim network or net connectivity.

We leveraged enterprise IBM MobileFirst Hybrid Platform to build robust and scalable solutions and simplified the customer journey giving seamless app experience. The previous mobile app had issues, where customers were facing challenges while ordering Domino's Pizza via Mobile App leading to significant failed orders and bad customer satisfaction and finding near-by-store was a cumbersome process as users were required to enter city, locality, sub-locality in a linear manner. The App was not scalable enough to meet growing demand of supporting approx 10000 concurrent users.
