Synsoft Global has an equally vast experience in Android Mobile Application Development as it does on other mobile platforms. Android devices come with a wide range of resolutions and it becomes difficult for the development environment as well as the developers to support them all. Testing Android apps is also thus a more tedious job. But that’s where the experts can make a difference. Synsoft accepts the challenge laid down by the environment, and meets it out. We have completed a horde of Android apps and emerged successfully through all the challenges. Using platform specific standards and borrowing from the nature of the device, could be the key to success of an app. We have a significant cross section of applications under our wing, and the most common domains of our work can be defined as follows: Social Sharing, Geo-location discovery apps, Taxi Hailing App Domain, Health and Fitness Trackers, Image processing, Rosters/Schedulers, eCommerce, Kiosk based apps.
Native IPhone development marked the onset of mobile development for Synsoft, and we are now pioneers in offshore iOS development. We understand that Mobile development is characterized with the evolving idiosyncrasies of the underlying technology. Having worked with the iOS sdk from the very beginning, it gives us a deep and uncooked understanding of the environment. We are a hardcore, committed team of IPhone developers, and we follow specifications to the pixel. We began with Native Mobile Development in 2010 using Objective-C/XCode. Since then, we have unceasingly enriched our work force on this platform to keep pace with the mounting demand. Today we also have a bunch of Swift developers. The most common domains of our work are: Social Sharing/Networking, Geo-location based discovery apps, Geo-fencing, Beacons, Image processing, Business atomization, Rosters/Schedulers, eCommerce, Data Synchronization, Gaming, Drawing,
We have done some prototype apps for the iWatch.
The huge surge in the demand for cross-platform mobile development is coherent with the rising usage of mobile applications for day-to-day businesses operations as well as for personal convenience. Currently the most sought after technology for cross platform mobile development is Xamarin – a result rooted in the prominence of C#. In the past year, we observed a sharp rise in the demand for cross-platform development, and understandably so, because not only do consumers expect it to be a huge effort saver, but it also seems to have now grown out of its infancy. Xamarin has now become a much more stable and productive tool. Synsoft has completed several mobile applications in Xamarin, and continues to work on it. It’s a perpetually growing, skilled Xamarin team here at Synsoft! We hope to put in the same energy into every problem served, every new endeavor initiated! Xamarin provides the perfect platform for us to exploit.
The challenge of the AutoNCab project was the continuous development of the app. What started as a simple app that allowed users to request a ride and the driver to accept it turned into a very powerful app with all kinds of features and it was difficult to keep focus of what was important.
One of the technical challenges was to achieve a simple, bug-free request mechanism with a great UX from the customer to the nearest free driver and back!
As for the Quality Assurance team, many unexpected turns appeared during the testing that had to be adressed.
The objective of the mobile app was to create a complete e-hailing app and to keep improving it.
The product delivered on the first phase by Synsoft had great success and naturally evolved into a bigger application, a development that was done by Synsoft. Currently, the app, developed for Android and iOS, has all kinds of features and traits:
-Request a cab ride and receive real-time confirmation by the driver.
-Monitor nearby cabs in real time
-Ride tracking from request to arrival
-Simple and intuitive UX
-Secure Payments with PayTM Wallet
-Instant e-mail with receipt and fare breakup on arrival
-City Fare Cards
-Administration Panel with analytics and reporting features
The team at Synsoft did a commendable job on meeting the challenge of continuously upgrading our app from a simple concept to live dynamic complex application with dependencies on real issues like connectivity, low end devices, not too literate or tech savvy auto rickshaw drivers as prime users, etc.
Punchout solutions enable the seamless progression of a buyer from the Procurement system to the supplier’s website catalog, and back.
Synsoft Global developed its first PunchOut solution early this year integrating a supplier catalog with Coupa, one of the leading eProcurement Platforms. It is the requirement of any supplier to connect to multiple procurement systems in order to be accessible by large buyers around the globe. This Punchout solution was crafted to be a cloud based, online bridge between the supplier's punchout catalog and various e-procurement systems. We built a scalable solution that first connected to the procurement giant Coupa and was subsequently integrated it with Ariba and SciQuest, – two of the other, highly prominent procurement systems.
As procurement systems become the primary mechanism for managing spend in the Fortune 1000 and other professionally managed organizations, suppliers are forced to provide access to their catalogs within a structured context. PunchOut provides a powerful mechanism to leverage the existing eCommerce engine for the suppliers to quickly and effectively “integrate” with the buyer’s procurement systems. Buyers can now seamlessly “punchout” to the supplier catalog from within their e-procurement system and create an order that returns to the procurement system as a requisition awaiting confirmation.
The data transmission between the buyer and supplier systems is in cXML format which is the standard followed by the governing body. A PunchOut operation allows the buyer to create a purchase order from a supplier’s catalog while operating within the context of his/her procurement system. Buyers can not only create an order that returns to the procurement system as a requisition but on confirmation, a purchase order is also generated and sent back to the supplier’s system. Once the order is processed and filled by the supplier, an Invoice is generated and sent to the buyer’s system and thus reflected back on the e-procurement tool.
This PunchOut solution implemented by Synsoft, gives an intuitive user interface to manage the configuration between the buyers and the supplier. The supplier can manage all the Account information. Also visible are Orders, Buyer listing, etc. The dashboard gives an interactive graphical representation of the various statistics, as also the total sales, revenue, orders received, number of buyers, etc.
