I’m an individual trader for my own accounts only. I’ve been trading for more than twenty years using various instruments including stocks, options, futures, and forex.

Explain what your project was about.

The project was to develop an automated trading system for the platform TRADESTATION, code named Sand Harbor. Here are the requirements:

Explain to what scope extend SP Tech was involved in your project.

SP Tech met with me to understand the project and convinced me that they would be able to carry it out. They wrote all the code and performed preliminary testing. We are currently in Phase 3 of the project, Phases 1 and 2 having been completed.

How did you get to meet the SP Techteam and what led you to hiring them?

I found SP Tech through the freelance hiring site Upwork.com.

How was their project management?

Excellent.

Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?

Yes.

Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?

Their expertise was as expected, and as they represented themselves during our initial conference calls. They did not require any training from me as they provided the expert talent the project needed.

Is there anything you believe SP Techcould improve on?

Nothing in particular. This is not to say that the firm has no room for improvement, but I just can’t think of any.
