    Fully automated web portal for survey forms was created. It allows 24h/7 survey creation bu customers. They can do exact design as they want.     The client expected sophisticated implementation CRM system from the analysis phase to delivery and training.
    The solution should simplify client management, contact management, planning tasks, and meeting, making objects geolocation. Additionally system should have analysis and reporting tool that allows every day controlling of sales plan execution.

    CRM system allowing making the full process from planning to controlling finished activities was delivered. Management staff has a solution that can plan strategy. They can divide a strategical task into simple operational ones assigned to salesmen. This way salesperson has planned activities that should be done during next month. After the end of the month, managers can check task progress and take decisions based on real facts. Additionally CRM was connected with map planer and checker tool.     We made analysis of client needs. Then we prepared set of reports and analysis that answer most of questions that are asked by customers. These reports/analysis was connected to ERP system, that store all financial information.
