Photobucket sought a new storytelling feature to augment their existing online photo-sharing application. They needed a solution set in JavaScript frameworks (backbone and node). Our challenge was to engineer a seamless interface system with user generated photos, videos and comments.

Our client ConnectSolutions, the leading managed-cloud provider of unified communications (UC) solutions for small business, enterprise and government, wanted a one-day private Backbone.js training event with two days of hands on workshops including pair programming. From exploration of how and why the modern DOM is used to how a Backbone.js system should be architected, we instructed on a vast array of topics custom designed for ConnectSolutions core team of 10 engineers.

TravelShark, a recommendations site for restaurants designed for those that travel frequently, displays restaurants tailored to your preferences. Users can also search for restaurants that aren’t in the recommendations or preferences section to explore other options based on the “essence” feature. The “essence” feature is where Quick Left comes in.

Stages Cycling is a manufacturer of power meters for cyclists. Quick Left built an internal system to store all the calibration data generated before the company went public with the product. Externally, we built a mobile application for users to update their firmware, and easily calibrate their hardware using Bluetooth technology in smartphones.
