Daily Facts Android App

I want an android app where i can post daily facts from backend and user can get those facts on frontend. User interface can be simple with a background a fact written on it.
Function:
1. user can share those facts
2. user can get notification when new fact get posted.
3. a read more link which redirect user to source website
4. admob integration.
