We developed the mobile app for patients and doctors along with the whole website and infrastructure to set up the operation. This includes the financial settlements, reports, calendars, etc. This is the first time Mr Szymon used an external service provider. He is not a technical person, which is the reason he decided to outsource the work.
They told us what they wanted to do and what they needed, and we returned with a proposal on the cost. We also presented a plan to make the apps so they could visualize how they would look. We took them through the steps of ordering the doctor and accepting the patient on the doctor’s side.
We uploaded the infrastructure of the ordering app to their simple website. We didn’t contribute to the website visuals, but we did develop the entire backend. This includes the doctor ordering, patient acceptance, and payment processing, reports, maps, etc.
We helped in terms of developing the whole idea and recommending which functionalities were or weren’t essential. For example, they decided not to have a map which shows when the doctor is arriving because the patient isn’t going to utilize that feature while they’re waiting. We got the feedback that we were good advisors on the business side in order to optimize the system and keep the cost within budget.
Strongly recommend! Good value for money, reliable, flexible and experienced.

Please present yourself and your business.
I am the founder and CEO of HomeDoctor, a marketplace for booking doctors in-home visits. Conceptually and technologically it is kind of UBER for Patients and Doctors.
Explain what your project was about.
ItCraft developed whole web-based IT infrastructure + 2 mobile apps for patients and Doctors for Android and IOS.
Explain to what scope extend itCraft was involved in your project.
Full design and development of IT solution.
How did you get to meet the itCraft team and what led you to hiring them?
We Googled them. They presented a reasonable offer (not the cheapest, but not most expensive) and had sufficient previous experience in mobile apps development.
How was their project management?
Very good. We had regular meetings, both face-to-face as well as online and phone calls.
Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?
They did it in 2,5 months, in line with the agreed budget.
Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?
Well, we knew what we wanted but they helped a lot to design it in the most UX effective way. They shared a lot of their experiences thanks to which we did not do functionalities that we believed are important while appeared to be just nice-to-haves.
Please highlight the best things of itCraft.
Experience, knowledge, value for money, on-time, project management.
Is there anything you believe itCraft could improve on?
Availability of developers and coders – sometimes we had issues with having full availability of all team members but, eventually, they managed to do it on time.Hide extended review
Buena Vista Media Group wanted to have a partner who offered multiple, quality services for a good price.
We created and currently manage an iOS and Android application, and also manage the registration option for the website. We also provide website development, consultation, and management services.
Users can utilize the app to register for company's conference, fill out data about themselves and their company, and schedule meetings after checking the list of possible partners. They can also update their photo or data and decide what table and time they want to meet partners at. The app shows what time users, partners, and tables are available at the conference.
We are still working together on the fourth version of the app.
We are quite a support to the Buena Vista Media Group. We are in daily contact nowadays. They told us that attendants of their conference claimed that the application made by us is one of the best applications.
We are very satisfied with our cooperation with itCraft. They are doing very good work with all necessary services and are great in cooperation. Always on time, not exceed the budget, working with good attitude and very professional. The app and website both work great. All participants of our conferention that used them were claiming they are realy good and were speaking only in positives.
Over the last two-and-a-half years, much of what we do has been related to mobile application development. The client didn’t have the skill set within own organization, so they needed a good development partner.
One of the projects we worked on was a mobile application for iOS and Android that allows people to locate group fitness training in their area. It integrates with Stripe and with social media.
We also built an administration panel, which allows the business owner to monitor what’s happening with the business. The app can be applied in different countries where each country has a discrete database where they run their own business independently using the same platform.
We were suggesting critical value-added ideas and regularly send reports where we stand that is why in a team of around 18 people we developed an application that is being tested by clients and beta testers. We have heard that they are happy with the application.
The branch recently established a sales representatives division comprised of 10 people working directly in the Polish market. After a few months, they noticed that they didn’t have control over the work. Control may not have been the main requirement, but rather the ability to gather information about customers—to track them and see whether or not they were return customers, what they were buying, and if there were any special offers or warranty conditions the company could promote to them. Because of this, the company decided to build a CRM system to gather this information and track the work activities of their sales representatives.
The role of Marcin was to govern requirements and work with us in order to obtain results. The overall goals of the project were to keep returning customers while attracting new ones and improving brand awareness and customer satisfaction. Our company was responsible for design and development of the CRM solution as well as support.
The first part of the project included customizing an existing open-source CRM solution. The company entered production mode after 4 months, after which the users were able to fulfill customer requests, create promotions, and so on. The CRM system was PHP-based, with a MySQL backend database. The web frontend was Bootstrap, along with some other web frameworks.
After one year, we were used to work on a connected site for end-users, which allowed every customer of the company to create a fully-customized personal account. Since their sales representatives are very mobile, they also created a native iOS mobile app with push notifications. It can notify salespeople of nearby customers who haven’t been visited recently in order to check on their status. They found this to be the best part of the system.
The cooperation is still ongoing and we continuously are on new solutions.
