We hired a development team to create a software solution for our internal needs. The idea was to enable the automation of business processes, which were done manually. And to find a convenient way for connecting job candidates with employers.
We began with a three-week Discovery Phase, during which we refine the project. Inoxoft’s team handled the entire software development process, building the software from scratch, and the release stages.
The team member we contacted the most was their project manager. But we’ve also interacted with front- and backend engineers, BA, designers, and QA experts.
Our team is satisfied with the solution Inoxoft delivered and the way they’ve done it. Our performance has increased 2 times because of automated business processes that used to take lots of time to be accomplished.
Communication is definitely their strong side. They provided us with weekly email updates and held weekly calls. We used several tools for planning and tracking sprints.

We hired Inoxoft to help build our online custom web software with multifunctional logic. Our main goal was to enable the automation of business processes, which was done manually for a long time now and took lots of time to be accomplished. The cooperation with Inoxoft allows the exchange, control, and management of information between organizations through Blockchain and the new SaaS solution.
With this SaaS, our main goal is to enable users to open bank accounts, carry out transactions, pay bills, control payments, generate invoices, and create and sign documents. Due to the microservices, we will be able to implement different modules of the application gradually adding them and then enhancing them.
If Inoxoft’s team extends a component service, to a more complex one, they will be able to divide it into smaller services and improve scalability and maintenance. Microservice architecture encrypts every file shared within the platform and allows users to designate permissions.
To ensure the best possible decision-making option, Inoxoft decided to implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies. Also, to be able to implement changes in the system separately, Inoxoft used the microservices architecture. Thus, we have a server-side application, a client-side user interface, and a database (cloud) that can be dealt with separately without compromising the work of the other parts of the app. The system under development is really immense and requires lots of dedication to detail.
There are at least 10 people on the team, including a PM, a BA, a designer, frontend/backend developers, and several QA engineers. We intend to hire more professionals within time and per need.
We work with Inoxoft according to a 2-week sprint model, all managed on a structured Jira board and backlog. Also, we run 15-minute daily standup calls and sprint planning every 2 weeks to plan and prepare for the upcoming sprint. The communication is perfect and all the deadlines are being met despite the complex situation in the country.
The most impressive was their devotion to making sure our needs were met. They understood our demands from the start and tried their best to fulfill them. The team is extra cooperative and responsive to our requests. We receive project updates to the slightest details as if we are present during the development process in person.

There are different modules when I first receive information and details from drivers and create a “ticket” for a certain affair. Each has status, for instance, it can be marked “in progress” when I start working on it. The system is just awesome for drivers because they can create the request themselves - describe it in a ticket in the system, send a voice email, images of fine, etc. Also, I requested a tool that would show my clients an average estimation for my services depending on the complexity of their case. That’s why I need a payment system and Inoxoft proved to be pro at this. Everything works well, there are no delays, each transaction is always conducted properly.
I had no more trouble with a mass of requests I received from drivers. The mobile application which we created generated one way of organizing the flow of constant messages and it is just great.
