  This is Anita. I am a Business Professional with 7 years of business experiences in travel domain from New Delhi.

  Explain what your project was about.

  Since we are hardcore concentrated in the travel domain, our project was ultimately about the travel only. We have an application that had numerous bugs that were required to be atoned. In addition to that we overhauled the entire application by analyzing the app’s technical areas in depth.

  Explain to what scope extend Fluper was involved in your project.

  Fluper went beyond our contemplations in the bug-fixing as they did an in-depth analysis which was not mentioned by us. They reviewed the entire code which enabled us to identify the major bugs, errors etc.
  
  The minimal time duration was the most impressing part which they made possible. Last but not least, they provided us with the highly qualified developers, minimal timeframe and a stern milestone plan for the project.

  How did you get to meet the Fluper team and what led you to hiring them?

  We got to know about the Fluper via AppFutura where we had posted our requirements.

  How was their project management?

  Project Management can’t be said since it’s a very short term project where they’re asked to fix the bugs. I guess.

  This is Anita. I am a Self Employed Business Professional having 7 Years of Business in E-commerce and travel domain located in New Delhi.

  Explain what your project was about.

  E-commerce: multi vendor application with multiple deals and offers online, which users can claim to buy stuff on multiple e-commerce apps like flipkart, amazon, shopclues and snapdeal. App further integrates the online available prices of items on different e-commerce sites, which also highlights the price drop and new deals or coupons to buy stuff online.

  Explain to what scope extend Fluper was involved in your project.

  Fluper provided fast and quick delivery for the bug fixing of e-commerce project. We provided the Bit Bucket access to the current code of android and iOS as there were many bugs related to functionality and backend.
  
  Firstly, they provided us complete code review of the android build and iOS build for the e-commerce application in which they highlighted all the major errors, bugs and their complete reasons.
  
  Secondly, they provided us the time-frame of 2 days as it was urgently required. They also provided us the effort estimation for the same.
  
  Lastly, they provided us the time-frame or milestone plan for the same, experienced developers were allocated to the tasks. Also they had a Test Plan read.

  How did you get to meet the Fluper team and what led you to hiring them?

  We posted a request only on AppFutura and we found lot of good quotes, but we chose Fluper only because of 2 reasons. First, Fluper was cost-effective. Secondly, everything was simple and easy, they got experienced engineers and we got the results.

  How was their project management?

  It was only a 2-day project, so not much project management was required. However, they used good software’s like Jira project software for time tracking and all.

  Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?

  Yes, absolutely completed on time without any problems and issues at all. Time and Budget remain the same as agreed through AppFutura.

  Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?

  They dedicated 2-year-experienced engineers for android and iOS.mFor iOS, they specifically dedicated swift programmers for the same.

  Is there anything you believe Fluper could improve on?

  I guess they should have a research lab where they can research about new technologies like iBeacon and all.
