    I am Pulkit Sharma, I am working as Junior Manager Marketing in SML ISUZU LTD. SMLI manufactures light commercial vehicles.

    Explain what your project was about.

    We wanted to create a lead generation system for our sales staff so that they could manage their leads more easily and efficiently.

    Explain to what scope extend Code Brew Labs was involved in your project.

    Code Brew Labs was envolved right from the planning of the project till the final execution. They developed a system based on our needs and provided us with a better product than we had anticipated.

    How did you get to meet the Code Brew Labs team and what led you to hiring them?

    After using an app that Code Brew Labs had made for another vendor, we decided to contact them. There were various factors that led to their selection, for example their employee strength, their setup, review of their previous work and the after sales support they offer.

    How was their project management?

    I would say that their project management was very good. They delivered the project on time and made a
    point to have weekly assessments/discussion with us so that any issue can be resolved before hand itself. They were highly dedicated to the timeline.

    Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?

    Yes.

    Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?

    Yes, apart from the hierarchy that we followed and a few terminologies that we use, Code Brew Labs did not require any other help.

    I am the founder and CEO of Red Dot Foundation Global who commissioned CodeBrew Labs to create our Mobile app.

    Explain what your project was about.

    A platform where people can share their stories of abuse or sexual harassment in the public space. These stories, which might be anonymous, are put together, creating hot spots on maps to indicate trends in this matter at a local level.

    Explain to what scope extend Code Brew Labs was involved in your project.

    Our platform thus far comprised mainly of the webapp and we decided to develop a mobile app to expand our reach as well as make the platform more accessible to people. Code Brew Labs developed our mobile app on android and iOS platforms. Languages - English, Spanish and Hindi.

    The app makes it easy to report sexual violence, access the data and be part of the community.

    How did you get to meet the Code Brew Labs team and what led you to hiring them?

    Our technical team circulated an Request for Proposal and shortlisted 3 vendors, Codebrew was one of the 3. We selected them based on their proposal, flexibility and their flair for UI/Design. We loved their prior work.

    How was their project management?

    Their Project management was great. We had weekly calls and a whats app group to keep the information flowing. We were sent daily updates on Basecamp. The team was open, flexible and committed. They were pretty much on target with the time management.

    Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?

    Yes.

    Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?

    We had a few calls to understand the requirements. But they didn't require training. I found them quite up to speed.

    The best thing is their ability to work as a team. They took on the project and were as committed as my team.

    Is there anything you believe Code Brew Labs could improve on?

    None that I can think of.

    I really liked the personalised approach and the quality of their product delivery.

    Our vision is globalizing Indian natural products and making its prevalence felt, we have already built a strong relationship through trust and innovation with our clients and dealers. But we were facing challenges in forwarding the concept for the globalization for our brand.

    For globalizing our brand we were looking forward new digital tools for empowering a greater impact to the growth and overall development of our company. Our scope was to develop a website plan for our brand and give it as a platform from where our clients can get quick access to know company in a better way.

    For this Code Brew laboratory helped a lot in putting forward a full fleggded proposal with more innovative ideas.

    The firm provided a management strategy for ideas, web development and design info and we are looking forward to developing more businesses with them like an application.

Code Brew Labs built a great fabulous application and they implemented our idea.

    We have been searching within UAE which we found that it'll be a miracle to build such a huge project with our startup budget and then we start searching in India for those who build the same concept or similar to our idea and we found Code Brew and we contacted them via skype and then moved forward.

    The Project Management was professional. They assigned a dedicated project manager and full team of developers, which gave us a reachable goal.

    Code Brew Labs was the driving factor in design and development.

    We met through Upwork.com. I connected with Pargat Dhillon and built enough trust to go ahead with the the project. I felt he was the right person to hire and Code Brew Labs proved to be reputable through extensive individual research.

    Project management was strong.

    What was the budget range quoted for this project?

    I prefer not to comment.

    The project slightly took longer than expected due to small changes that I wanted during the process. The budget was exactly what was agreed upon in the beginning.

    I actually learned a lot by communicating with Pargat and other members of Code Brew Labs that I worked with directly. Their expertise was more than sufficient and they consistently made the extra effort to accommodate my requests.

    If Code Brew Labs could improve anything it would be to have more employees working during American times for the convenience of the person for whom they are working, which I believe they are making efforts to do.
