We need to correct this problem.
Solution by Biztechnosys – When any user create event, there will be visibility of every user based on time selection, there will be Ajax control created by us who can manage the time and date based on event selection, please check the image for better understand.
Customization 2 – CALENDAR WEEKLY VIEW PROBLEM: The Calendar Daily View defaults to shading out Meeting
Times in RED and the shaded area graphically shows on the calendar. We like this. When
Switching to Weekly view, the red shaded time only shows the hour in which the meeting is
scheduled, but does not cover up the time slots for longer meetings spanning more than 1 hour.
We need the graphical presentation of the shaded meeting-time area in Weekly view to cover
The entire time of the scheduled meetings in 15-minute increments.
Solution – we have created every hour divided in 15 min time slots and based on that we are checking the events and if event are going to take more than one hour it will extend to more cells as per scheduled. Please check screenshot for detail.
Customization 3 - DELETE FUNCTION FOR RECURRING APPOINTMENTS:. When a recurring appointment is set, there does not appear to be a way to delete multiple instances of the recurring appointment
Without manually going to each date and deleting that appointment. We need a Delete function
That will give the following options when deleting a recurring appointment: (1) Delete this
Appointment only, (2) Delete all recurring appointments within a date range, (3) Delete all
Instances of the recurring appointment.
Solution – we have created check box in calendar for every events when user selected check box and ask for delete it will provide selection. So when user select check box it will ask for delete this events or from – to events or entire events because this facility is needed for repeat event.
