Nimble Schedule is a rich web-application for employee scheduling. It allows to schedule company staff across multiple locations, facilities or departments. Application offers every customer own sub-domain for his/her company. There are several roles, for instance, managers, schedulers, ordinary employees. Employees have ability to request time-off, shift swap, pick-up open shift, managers approve these requests. Employees are notified about different events by email or text.

Schedule editor has several views, supports filtering and grouping. Schedulers can assign and edit shifts from it. Business logic contains a lot of details about scheduling and takes into account very sophisticated situations. For example, different company locations or even employees can have different time zones. One more example is when same employee works partial time in several locations. Multiple reports show which of your employees are costing you the most money and which employees are helping you become most profitable.

Nimble Schedule is hosted with Microsoft Azure and uses web roles, database, storage, cache and CDN features.
