The scope was to build an app which helps couples/partners manage their finances for both Android and iOS Platform. A product demo website was also required for marketing purpose.

The key objectives for the team were:
1. Coming up with simple and Intuitive User Experience across different devices.
2. Building the app in several sprints, learning and improving every week.
3. User Testing, Functional Testing, and uploading the application on the app store.

Collaborating with all the stakeholders and working in regular development and feedback cycles, we came up with a solution which let's users keep track of their entire finances (Expenses, Income, Debt, and Savings). The app provides several features like automation of entries, Data Viz Charts, Expense Forecasts, and much more which makes managing finances easier for the app users.

The primary challenge was to think about the brand of an already existing company from zero, that too keeping in mind the brand's values and vision. Finding the content to show and visualizing it in a way that could engage users was another task.

To redefine the online presence of Hindustan Automated Machines through a mobile application and help them increase their reach.

We analysed and segregated the content and features that people would actually want to use, and created our design in a way that these features or content are highlighted much more that unused things. Clarity, Minimalism, and a bit of Playfulness were added to give the application a human touch.

The challenge was to create a tool which allows users to create sports uniform designs on the website itself. Several options included bulk ordering, adding team logo, text, resizing and placing these elements, and providing real time feedback on the screen. Since there are too many options for the user to choose from, a great User Experience is required so that users are able to complete their tasks.

Primary objective was to build an E-commerce for sportswear and accessories, focused to deliver in depth customisation options, and a Good Customer Experience. The plan included designing and developing a website which is able to let the users create customised designs for their team through the processes of Screen Printing and Sublimation Printing.

Considering the user group, we designed and developed the website in a way that the user is able to understand the process of creating custom designs. Progressively Disclosing the important information at the right time, and providing the help whenever the users need it. We also simplified the ordering process for bulk ordering for custom designs.

To Design and Develop an E-Commerce website from scratch which is able to provide a seamless User Experience to the users and in turn help create a customer base for the online sales for the company.

The Objectives included Ideating the concept for an online E-Commerce store, Creating Use Cases, Designing the layout as per the requirements and finally developing the website.

We followed Design Thinking Process to reach to the solution. The final design is based on aesthetic and minimalist design focusing on the product imagery. The website makes use of white spaces and contrasting images to focus on the content and also allow the user to focus on the product itself.
