We developed the MY Panasonic loyalty app for Panasonic Vietnam. The client wanted to develop a mobile app to reward and retain loyal customers while digitising their warranty registration process.

Using this app, customers will be able to submit their product for warranty conveniently and be rewarded with Panasonic Coins – which they can then collect and redeem to get Panasonic-related services such as an extended warranty or repair / servicing of their Panasonic products.

The mobile app also allows customers to easily schedule repair and service appointments with authorised Panasonic technicians through its ‘Service’ feature. Users of this app will be the first to find out about the latest promotions and shop for authentic Panasonic products, too, with the ‘Promotions’ and ‘Shop’ feature.

Leaf is a Lead Management System (LMS) that consolidates and manages all leads from various Lead Sources (I.e: Social Media Leads, Web Forms, CSV). This mobile application is a proprietary software created by Red Ant Technology to enable companies to assign leads to their agents within seconds.

Upon assignment of leads, the management is able to monitor the progress of each lead in real time and assess the performance or success of each campaign.

With Leaf, companies can do away with the time-consuming hassle of managing various lead generating sources, manually processing and assigning acquired leads to their agents. Agents can be notified instantly via the app or email when a lead is assigned to them. Agents can then contact their lead, update the current status and monitor the progress on all leads with the app.
