Our app saw hundreds of downloads and we notched up a rating of 4.5+. The team at SBR worked extra hours to keep our app bug-free. Having in-person meetings in the middle of a pandemic was ruled out. However, they communicated well over the phone and skype calls, not complaining to do so at odd hours. The project manager made sure things went to plan. The pace at which they worked did not rightly allow them to have status reports since their updates were real-time. However, in the future, they could compromise a bit of pace for status reports to further streamline their process. They never shied away from walking us through the app.
We relied on apps such as zoom, skype, teamwork, and emails. It was neat and timely all the way through.
