HireIndians Infotech Pvt. Ltd. builds custom and professional mobile applications (iOS and Android) of various categories ranging from E-commerce, to travel, to food delivery, to taxi and many more. It is a full cycle IT services company which provides readymade app solutions to enterprises as well as SMEs. It offers complete flexibility in hiring multiple resources with different skills on full time, part time and hourly basis.

What clients have you worked for?

Since the past 9 years we have been in this business, we have worked with clients from all over the world, especially from USA, UK and Australia. We have developed IT solutions for a wide variety of companies from startups to Fortune 500.

If you had to choose one category, what kind of app do you think is your mobile app development company’s specialty?

Talking of speciality, it has to be E-commerce Apps. We have recently developed a lot of E-commerce apps for clients and businesses all over the world. Here's an example:-

What is the average budget of the mobile apps you develop?

The average budget of the mobile apps we develop is $5000-$10,000.

Do you develop all mobile apps in-house or do you outsource some parts of the process?

We are a 100% in-house mobile app development company. The whole process of developing a mobile app from its planning, to designing, to development and deployement is carried out within our premises.

Pros

  • Prompt and effective communication through Skype, face to face meetings and calls
  • Efficient and smooth knowledge sharing and team work
  • Timely and genuine updates about the project status
  • Complete control over all the development stages

Which would you say are the best mobile apps that your company has developed and why?

Some of the best apps developed by our company are:

BoolywoodKart (E-commerce Multi-Vendor Marketplace App): It is one of the fastest growing and top leading ethnic wear marketplace with 5000+ sellers and 1 lac+ products. Available on Android and iOS.

Other examples include Wonder Cabs, a Taxi App for iOS and Android, Smartboxmedia Food, a Delivery App for iOS and Android, or Fit AnyWhere, a Gym Management App for Android and iOS.

Do you prefer to build mobile apps with native, hybrid or web languages?

We have experience and specialization in developing all kinds of apps be it native or hybrid or web. We develop an app according to the cleint's budget and preference.

Native eapps work only on a specific mobile operating system whereas hybrid apps work on cross platforms and web-based apps can be accessed using web browsers. If one wishes to develop a user-friendly and an interactive app possessing a lot of features, going for a web app is not a good option and the choice narrows down to building a native or a hybrid app.

One may find developing a hybrid app a more profitable option as it gives a wider reach, but native apps are undoubtedly the better option. With technology advancing almost every day, no one has the time for bad user experiences, hence it is better to go for native apps as they work faster, ensure higher security and provide a great user experience and high degree of user satisfacation.

Let’s focus on iOS and Android mobile app development. Which are the Pros and Cons of each platform?

Today every individual owns a smartphone which features the latest versions of Android/iOS apps which connects them to the world within a fraction of a second. Each of these platforms has their individual pros and cons.

Android Pros

  • Wide installation base makes the development process in Eclipse and on desktop easy
  • The characteristic of being open puts no restrictions on what one develops - alpha/beta versions

Android Cons

  • Fragmented and are used by numerous users who are in the OS range
  • Requires support for customizing any API
  • No provision of cross-checking the final App
  • Devoid of a suitable emulator

iOS Pros

  • Simple and fast
  • Uses the internal functions and hardware of the device it is installed on
  • High security from the App Store
  • Availability of development tools and kits

iOS Cons

  • Expensive
  • High cost of maintenance and updating
  • Tedious to get an app authorized by the App Store
  • Challenging to give full support to iOS users

Which one will evolve more within the next 5 years?

Based on the current scenario, it is likely that Android mobile app development will evolve more as compared to iOS as Android allows dynamic app development and is versatile, unlike iOS which is stable and functions with only some specific tools. Android has an excellent testing environment and updating any Android app on the Play Store is hassle free.

The number of people using both these operating systems is high, but it is only a matter of time until we find out which one will grow more in the years to come.

Which device is the best in the market right now?

It is 2018 and the market is flooded with a wide variety of smartphones, be it iOS or Android.

If one is looking for an Android smartphone, he/she should definitely go for Samsung Galaxy S9. It comes packed with the best in-the-market features one could wish for. Sansung's infinity screen gives an amazing user experience, as usual. The smartphone comes with dual a 12 MP camera, iris scanner, varied aperture of 1.5, wireless charging, IP68 certification and low light features. The after sales dependability of Samsung provides a better assurance to users who are investing their hard earned money on it.

And which device do you feel more comfortable developing an app for?

Although we're comfortable and experienced in developing apps across both platforms, but given a choice, we’ll opt for iOS as it is simple, fast and provides high security. Limited device fragmentation allows developers to build and test apps across all devices. iOS offers high performance and less compatibility issues as compared to Android.
