This top mobile app development company was founded in 2006 by himself and Pratyush Kumar and Rachit Agarwal, and it is located in the United States. The mobile app development company employs more than 270 developers and professionals.

Ajeet Singh has nearly two decades of experience in the IT domain. He was associated with Mphasis and paved his way to Algoworks through HSBC, Geometrics and GlobalLogic. Prior to Algoworks Ajeet had been working as the Senior Technical Lead in GlobalLogic for almost 3 years. It dealt with delivering full product development lifecycle services to all technology companies, right from startups to established enterprises. It had a unique joint-venture model of partnering with clients to deliver great software products to market rapidly and economically.

Here’s what Ajeet Singh has to say about his mobile app development company and the mobile world:

What does your mobile app development company do?

Algoworks is a leading and fast-growing mobile application development company, mastering in developing stunning native apps to awe-inspiring cross platform apps giving innovation yet another dimension. It excels in providing the most appropriate mobility solution leveraging our 100+ developers in both native and cross-platform development.

It follows a consultative-driven approach for providing end to end expertise and exceptional mobility solutions. We specialize in creating native Android, iOS, and Windows mobile apps, as well as using cross-platform tools like PhoneGap, Titanium Appcelerator, and Xamarin and cutting edge scripting languages including AngularJS, Node.js and a lot more.

Our diverse proficiency allows us to pick the perfect technology combination that best suits our clients’ needs.

Other areas Algoworks has acute finesse in are Software Product Engineering services on .Net/Java-J2EE, CRM and SaaS technologies like Salesforce and unmatched excellence in ECM technologies. It conquered the ECM domain like Alfresco, Liferay, and Kentico. The company also took up CRM and cloud-based CRM technologies like SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics and most importantly, Salesforce.com.

Which would you say are the best apps you have developed?

We have worked on myriad apps on diverse domains, a few amongst them are NearBuy and WeCam. It is difficult to select the best but definitely WeCam tops the list due to the enormity of its reach and the magnanimity of the challenges it had.

Wecam is a technology platform that is vividly used for social collaboration like video calling, voice calling, chat, file sharing and searching like-minded people according to your geographical location. It is a highly configurable platform and can be easily white labeled for business’s needs. WeCam has completely revolutionized the concept of finding friends, no matter wherever you are you can locate friends close to you and select filters like age, interest and a lot more.

The most challenging aspect being the patent-pending matching system which also finds people who share similar interests automatically so you get access to your most compatible options quickly and easily.

Which apps would you have loved to develop?

While there are some amazing apps with awesome functionalities like the ones identifying the songs playing on a radio to high-quality apps like e-wallets with critical algorithms, there is a deep trench to choose from and work with. Despite the choices and variation what really pleases me is the LinkedIn app which helps in seamless integration and flawless usage and management of thousands of connections.

LinkedIn is potentially integrating all of their apps into one super app and its integration with other vital apps is also super fluid. So definitely we would like to work on something similar with intricate workflows, attention to details and smooth user-experience.

Which are the 5 apps you use the most on a daily basis?

The apps which top the frequency list of my smartphone are definitely LinkedIn for connecting with the appropriate people. Paytm which has revolutionized the concept of making payments, Instagram in terms of social network. Apart from that, Uber has become my daily travel partner and lastly being closely associated with sales Camcard comes super handy to digitize and keep track of the business cards I exchange with my associates, clients, and partners.

Which mobile device is the best in the market right now?

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is by far the best mobile device today because of its exceptional features and the way it had captured the market, one capable enough to compete with the Apple!!

The one that I would like to have is Moto X. Now the question comes: why? It is because I have seen it being tested in my labs and it can operate as the best phones available in the market without burning up. I am fascinated and intrigued the way Motorola has been able to sync all the three bridges flawlessly -hardware-hardware, software-software and hardware-software. It is the one which instigates me for taking up the challenge “TRY ME” because it is perhaps the only one in the market whose engineers have been able to do what Apple was able to do with iPhones, years ago.

What kind of device/platform will be the next big thing?

The next big thing is the ‘Wearable Technology’. It is in absolute sync with the Moore’s Law: the smaller the components get the greater efficiency of the product. They can be safely assumed to be the smallest and most powerful accessories which will interweave closely with fashion and gradually become the extension of our bodies!
