What does Sciencesoft do?

ScienceSoft offers professional software development and consulting services. For over 10 years we have been expanding the list of our mobile development services that as of today includes development of native Android, iOS and Windows Phone applications, cross-platform development on Cordova and Xamarin, mobile back-end development and technology consulting.

With over 300 completed projects and our understanding of Telecom, Healthcare, Retail, Banking and other industries, we are now focusing on enterprise mobile application development.

Which would you say are the best apps Sciencesoft developed and why?

All the applications we developed were embraced by our customers, but the project we see as the most successful one is the development of Viber. We take pride in the fact that the VoIP mobile application delivered by our team now has over 600 mln users. Another our big success is development of an online video-streaming application that is now being used by BBC, MTV, Fox Entertainment Group, Discovery Group, T-Mobile and Orange. It’s gratifying to see such prominent representatives of the Media and Telecommunication industry actively and eagerly use our software.

Which apps would you have loved to develop and why?

mySugr Diabetes Logbook is a smart iOS application with a perfect UI and great concept. I wish we could have contributed to its development or assist in delivering its versions to platforms other than iOS.

Which are the 5 apps you use the most on a daily basis?

Viber, Cisco WebEx Meetings, Evernote, Google Docs/Drive, Microsoft Office Mobile. These apps are indispensable for me in business, as with them I can easily be in touch with my colleagues and clients, stick to my schedule without ever losing sight of the planned meetings and keep track of the business statistics.

Which mobile device is the best in the market right now?

My personal choice would be Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet. Sony technologies have been out there for many years and have proved to be worth of trust in their brand.

What kind of device/platform will be the next big thing?

Today everyone is thrilled by the wearables, as they really do bring more convenience to the everyday life. They have a good chance to become a mainstream in the approaching year.
