As we told you AppFutura has gone through a big change recently. We want our users to be well aware of all that is going on in our platform and how they can benefit from it. That is why we will be doing a series of posts talking about the different functionalities in our platform. Everything our platform has to offer will be pretty much condensed in this series.

The first feature we want to acknowledge is what we call Business Leads. Business Leads are the core of the new proposal system on AppFutura, but what are they exactly?

Simply put, Business Leads are direct contact details of project owners. The chance for mobile developers to make their business grow getting directly in touch with potential clients. Unlike the previous system, our new version will only provide these Business Leads to a maximum of 4 developers.

Being 1 of 4 possible developers is a great chance to tell the potential client what your thoughts and capabilities are and definitely a much bigger chance on being hired eventually. Even if you are not hired, it is a great chance to let the client know about what you have to offer and, who knows, being considered in the future.

We considered Business Leads to be of great value and that is why they will be sold. Getting hired by just doing a development proposal is hardly possible. Business Leads offer you the possibility of starting direct negotiations with the potential client. It is a small price to pay for what the eventual reward is. The price will vary depending on what kind of project we are facing – specially in terms of budget, but also depending on the quality of that Business Lead. The price of the Business Lead for each project will always be specified before making a proposal as you can see on the header image - in this case, for a project with a budget of $5,000 - $10,000.

We are well aware that sometimes project owners don't reply. That is why from now on all projects posted on AppFutura will be Certified. A member of our team will personally get in touch with all project owners to make sure of their commitment. If they don't establish any personal communication with AppFutura, their projects won't be validated nor posted. We want our developers to be sure that all projects posted on our platform are definitely valid job opportunities.

Going back to Business Leads, who will decide what developers are fit for each project? Our development experts will handle all development proposals, evaluate each and every one of them and find perfect matchings between developers and project owners. Developers who take their time checking what projects best fit them and those with great professional profiles will always have more chances to get hired.

We don't forget our Pro Account users. Not only will they always have a certain priority if they fit a project, but they will also be able to buy Business Leads at a reduced price – between 10% and 50% discount depending on the Pro Account. As for those Pro Account holders from before we implemented the new version, they will be getting business leads for free.

Making proposals will of course remain to be for free. Once you submit a proposal, the AppFutura Team will receive it and evaluate your matching with the project owner's requests. When the project receives enough proposals to make an adequate selection, you will be notified if you are one of the selected ones. That is when you will get the chance to buy the lead at the previously indicated price. Upon doing so, you will be redirected to the following landing page where you will find the longed contact details from your potential client.

That is the moment when you reach out and convince the Project Owner that you are the best developer to do the job.
