Applause Attendees in 2018
The 2018 edition of Applause was a total success, as it brought together almost 300 mobile app marketing companies worldwide. The event was organized by PickASO, a mobile app marketing agency, TheTool, Spain's first ASO tool, and AppsFlyer, a mobile attribution software.
PickASO's Co-Founder and CMO, Miriam Pelaez, has celebrated the success of this edition stating that the conference has become a reference congress among the professionals of the marketing world. Applause 2018's keynotes, discussions and workshops were received with great interest by all attendees.
Applause ASO Roundtable
The congress held many interesting keynotes and discussions by acclaimed marketing professionals. Some of the highlights were: "You Suck at ASO" by Luca Giacomel (Bending Spoons), the Mobile Growth Discussion hosted by Xavier Bourlard (Headway), Kobi Edelstein (AppNext), Peggy Anne Salz (MobileGroove), Ivy Yu (YeahMobi), André Kempe (SolidarityApp) and Thomas Petit (8fit). Other interesting conferences were about Infojob's data and methodology, Machine Learning, User Engagement, and User Acquisition through alternative channels.
As for the workshops, Applause presented four different activities by different professionals in the mobile marketing sector. The practical workshops were: "Internationalization on Mobile", "Media Planning for Mobile Games", "ASO from scratch and PRO tactics", and "Ad Monetization for Games: A Data Scientist’s Playbook".

However, not everything is work and business. When the workshops and discussions came to an end and the informative sessions finished, all the marketing professionals were able to enjoy a drink while engaging in conversation with other participants.
