The idea of my app is to tone down the chatting idiot in the movietheater who's white screen disturbs all neighbors. The app will enable a hovering lens that: 1. has a "threshold effect" (photoshop users know this effect) that filters everything on the screen down to 2 colors.... 2. the lens also extra tones down the screen brightness (an app called Night Mode has that, and i would like to match it's 10% brightness). 3.
